Deep, potent body-centered approach for well-being and healing from chronic stress and tension patterns, and trauma symptoms from physical and/or emotional impacts, focused on regulation of the nervous system.
Initial session is to discuss and assess needs and goals: includes Somatic Experiencing for nervous system regulation, possible movement and/or hands-on touch. A free 25-minute video consult previous to your first appointment is required, and easy to book online.
60-minutes, for returning clients.
Continue working with Somatic Experiencing and tablework/touch, or Craniosacral therapy as needed. Develop self-regulation of the nervous system, deepen a felt-sense of safety and resource in the body, eliminate chronic stress patterns, and identify and address nervous system trauma responses that deplete the body, leaving room to experience more health and vitality.
20-25 minute consult to meet each other, identify what you are looking for, and if what I offer is a good fit for you.
